30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.


Exceptions: All sales are final if any jewelry or watch item has been sized or altered, engraved, special ordered, or custom designed. Please carefully consider these factors before making your purchase.


Layaway Items: Any layaway item not picked up within 90 days is subject to be returned to stock.


Special Order Deposits: All special order items require a 30% deposit at the time of ordering. This deposit is non-refundable.


Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@diamondsonwabash.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary instructions. Please note that Diamonds On Wabash does not cover the cost of shipment for returned items.


Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days and credited to the original method of payment.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@diamondsonwabash.com.
